Terms of Service

Welcome to Aptolux (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our luxury apartment search services, info products, and associated goods provided through aptolux.top.

1. Definitions

Services means personalized search and viewing coordination for high-end apartments.

Info Products means digital guides, reports, or courses related to luxury apartment search.

Goods means physical materials or merchandise offered by Aptolux.

2. Scope of Service

These terms apply to all engagements between you and Aptolux for Services, Info Products, and Goods.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for each offering are described on our website. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment for apartment viewings, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period will be fully credited toward a future service session. If you fail to provide such notice, the session fee is non-refundable due to scheduling costs and coordination efforts.

4.2 Info Products

Digital guides and courses are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Refund requests received after this period, or for larger access, are not eligible for a refund, as digital content is made immediately available.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

5. Rescheduling and Transfers

If you are unable to attend a scheduled service, you may transfer the appointment to another date or person by contacting us at least 48 hours before the session. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur a nominal administrative fee.

6. No-Refund Situations

Certain concierge-style services that involve customized research or on-site coordination are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the work. We will inform you in advance if a service falls under this category.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aptolux’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
